Rapper, songwriter, and model Iggy Azalea has sold her full master recording and publishing catalog to Domain Capital for an undisclosed eight-figure sum. The huge deal includes the musician’s biggest hits like Fancy, Black Widow, and Problem. Reportedly, the 32-year-old Azalea will also benefit from a future earnings trigger on masters.

Being the sole owner of her label Bad Dreams, Iggy Azalea is now also poised to finalize a new distribution deal. According to her, she will never have to work another day in her life. In a tweet, she shared how she sold her catalog for an amount that allowed her that luxury. The executive managing director of Domain Capital Group, Anthony Tittanegro, also commented on the deal, saying that the group was excited to launch its first diversified private entertainment royalty fund, especially at a time of sustained entertainment industry growth with an evolving landscape of distribution channels. According to him, the group is now focused on building a diversified asset base that can generate cash yield and maintain the capital of its investors.
